As an added service to our customers, Vista has the ability to silkscreen or pad-print your company logo or text onto your powder coated part. Eliminate the need for a separate vendor and the additional paperwork, transportation, and quality control requirements.
Silkscreening Service
Vista’s silkscreen service provides a complete one stop service. We can start with an idea and develop it into an image and/or type which will fulfill your product and company objective. We can also take an existing print and expand or duplicate it. Vista can work with you on graphics, films, screens, ink colors, and ink types.
Pad Printing Service
Vista pad prints onto powder coated metal parts. Pad printing is used for printing on otherwise impossible products in many industries including medical, automotive, and electronics. The unique properties of the silicone pad enable it to pick the image up from a flat plane and transfer it to a variety of surface (i.e. flat, cylindrical, spherical, compound angles, textures, concave surfaces, convex surfaces).
